I am not sure if I have not been paying attention or if it is something new in my small town, but I have seen quite a few signs for arts and craft fairs over the last month.  I love arts and craft shows, and I have always had to travel to nearby cities to get in on the action.  While I have never set up my own booth at a fair, I have helped quite a few of my crafty friends in setting up and selling there own creations.
